The Research on the Personalized Training Mode in Independent College
The nature of the Independent Institute and the application-oriented personnel training location determines its training model should have its own characteristics so as to seek their own development space between undergraduate and specialist institutes. Independent Colleges personnel training should carry out the whole career planning to all the students, analyse the diverse employment needs, and construct the three types of personalized training model combine with the professional orientation and socio-economic development needs of the multi-level talent, such as learning professionals, professional-type professionals and entrepreneurial type professionals , and the Independent Institute should achieve an effective docking between students employment and social needs by carrying out the ways of teaching them different education with different materials and on-demand training.
