The Influencing Factors Analysis of Regional Knowledge Spillover
The knowledge spillover effect is not only global at the same time but also has the localization, the global character refers to any new technology or new knowledge at first arising from any country can disseminate other areas along with the technical development through some way. The knowledge spillovers localization means in the limited space and region, the overflow is the localization, the knowledge overflow effect has space fmiteness. This article is based on the knowledge spillover localization and analyzes some aspects affecting the regional knowledge overflow as followed: technological gap, geographical position, knowledge characteristic, received enterprises degree of absorption and utilization, the wish of overflow side, the quantity of regional scientific research institution, the sensitive degree of enterprise to knowledge as well as knowledge overflow channel.
