Research-oriented Teaching Mode and Cultivation of Innovative Talents
Nowadays, cultivate talents is not only the task and goal of talent cultivation in Chinese Colleges, but also the requirement of economic construction and social development. In this essay, the intension of research-oriented teaching mode and innovative talents were elaborated,the present situation and results of research-oriented teaching among domestic and overseas colleges were introduced, the role and significance that researchoriented teaching put on cultivating creative talents were analyzed. In this passage, ￠? discuss that colleges ought to pay attention to the issue of students innovative ability from the view of national strategy, reform teaching system and talents training mode with an attitude of research-oriented teaching, then promote reforming teaching system in colleges and the innovation of talents training mode.
