Chinese Higher Colleges Law Reform and Training Under the WTO Environment

Chinese law schools have some problems in the aspects of talent cultivating mode, such as major setting mode, curriculum setting mode, cultivating approach and cultivating system, etc, in China. Therefore, the reform of talent cultivating mode of Chinese law schools is imperative under the WTO.
