On the Coordinated Development Between the Regional Economy-Society and the Special Education
There are four regions in mainland China according to the development of economy and society and the national economic strategic deployment, that is the Eastern, Northeast, Central and Western regions. The development level of special education is different as well as the development level of the economy and society among different regions. By collecting and analyzing the statistical data of the development of special education, the author comes to the conclusion that, first, there are unbalances on the development of special education among different regions, of different kinds of children with handicaps, of different levels of the education to the children with handicaps;second, the Learning in Regular School should be paid more attention while building more new schools;at last, the strategic planning of the development of special education should be enhanced.
