The Investigation on the Balanced Development of Education and the Promotion of Social Harmony

摘要：

The balanced development of education is the basis for educational equity and social justice, and also an inherent requirement and basic security for building a harmonious society. This paper briefly analysis the non-balanced development of Chinas educational status and the consequences, and give some concrete measures on how to promote balanced development of education.
