Discussion About How Discipline and Profession in Teaching-oriented Universities and Colleges Develop Coordinately
Discipline and profession have essential basic position and key function during the construction and development of teaching-oriented universities and colleges. Under the fast-developing situation of our countrys higher education, building work of teaching universities and colleges discipline profession still exists the questions in various degree that they can not know clearly, build blindness, ignore intension construction of the Discipline profession so as to influence and restrain stabilizing and improving of educational teaching quality and even sound development of higher education seriously. For this reason, should strengthen the management of discipline and professional building, implement the building project of key discipline profession strengthen the academic team construction of discipline profession and add the big fund input to discipline and profession building in order to bring about a coordinated development of discipline and professional building in teaching universities and colleges.
