Construction of the Incentive Mechanism in Ideological and Political Education

摘要：

This paper aims at introducing the western theory of incentive mechanism to the field of ideological and political education. Based on the theoretical analysis and combined with the Chinese basic reality and educational practice, this paper constructed the ideological and political education incentive mechanism with Chinese characteristics.
