Study on Specialty Construction of Engineering Management

摘要：

For the existing questions in the specialty construction of engineering management, this paper expounds how to make better from aspects of personnel training program, specialty materials construction, integrating theory with practice teaching, teaching method and ability of teacher. The aim of this paper is to enhance comprehensive quality and social competitiveness of graduates.
