The Inspiration of Constructivism Theory to Teaching Reform in College
Constructivism theory is unique in concept of knowledge, learners, learning and teaching. It emphasizes that students be centered and advocates active research, active discovery and active construction of their previous knowledge. In this paper, the teaching ideas of constructivism theory are expounded systematically and the disadvantages of the traditional teaching mode are analyzed thoroughly. It is obvious that constructivism theory has far-reaching influence and plays an active role in deepening education reform and the cultivation of innovative talents.
