Teaching Effectiveness Analysis to University Ideological and Political Education
The teaching effectiveness of university ideological and political education is the key factor and decides the success or failure for university student education. It plays an irreplaceable role in the world, life and values formation for college students. Comprehensively review and sum up the ideological and political education on the basis of teaching effectiveness, to sort out a systematic analysis and put forward relevant proposals and measures for impacting the teaching effectiveness of the main issues (1) teacher issues (2) curriculum issues (3) examining and assessing the problems (4) the departmental co-ordination problems. The article pointed out that in the ideological and political aspects of teachers, colleges and universities should strengthen ideological and political education theory courses training for teachers and establishment of the promotion of teachers to upgrade the evaluation index system and so on. For the curriculum of the issue should adopt an appropriate development of school-based student-centered curriculum, at the same time strengthen the teaching content focused and times. For the appraisal and evaluation, it should be to change the traditional assessment methods to achieve diversification of assessment methods. And establish the new evaluation system of promote students all-round development, etc.
