Perfecting Bilingual Teaching Management Hierarchy to Ensure Teaching Quality

摘要：

Perfect bilingual teaching management hierarchy plays an important role in ensuring bilingual teaching quality and pushing bilingual teaching sustainable development. On the basis of analyzing the composition of bilingual teaching management hierarchy, the functions that both educational administrative management hierarchy and teaching basis management hierarchy should have are pointed out definitely. A series of problems existed in bilingual teaching management presently and its poor influence on bilingual teaching are analyzed objectively. Several suggestions are proposed for the bilingual teaching management in colleges and universities.
