SWOT Analysis and Measurement on Second Classroom in Universities
Promoting the competitive capability on employment for university graduates has become a widely discussed issue. Besides the compulsory courses university students have taken, Second classroom programs are also required and its necessity considered. Based on the model of SWOT analysis, this cognitive study investigates the Strength, Weakness, Opportunity and Threat of Second classroom programs in universities. Findings from the analysis show that its significance and effectiveness have the impact on promoting more competitive capability for university graduates on employment. The study also suggests that education administrations should take effective measurement developing second classroom activities.
