Research on Real Estate Specialty Teaching Reforms
The real estate industry belongs to the tertiary industry and includes real estate investment and development, real estate consulting, real estate appraisal, real estate broking and property management etc. With over twenty-year development, the real estate has become one of the pillar industries of Chinese national economy. And the demand for special talents in real estate is much more immense than ever before. As we know that training qualified talents is very important to keep a healthy development of the real estate industry. At the same time, training qualified talents mainly depends on the specialty teaching. However, due to historical and practical reasons, the current real estate education and teaching can not meet the demand for real estate talents. At present, cultivating real estate talents depend on to set up real estate direction under some specialties in colleges. This training mode lead to some problems and must be improved.
