Teaching and Learning in the Case Teaching of Financial Management

Financial management is a practical and applicable discipline, and the feature of the discipline could not simply adopt a teaching method of from theory to theory. The case-teachings which are more close to management practice, with vitality and operability, and which can cultivate the student thinking and ability to solve the practical problems should be strengthen. This paper starts from the characters of the financial management, and then puts forward measures to improve case-teaching from both teachers and students, based on the problems existed in the case-teaching of financial management.
