Demand-Oriented Bilingual Teaching Model of Finance & Accounting Major
Nowadays, the educational supply relatively do not match the market demands and mental demands of undergraduates during the specialized bilingual teaching. This paper, to begin with, analyzes the reasons for the disconnection of educational supply and demand in the bilingual teaching of finance and accounting major;then, thebilingual teaching pattern of finance and accounting major oriented by the market demands and mental demands are put forward. The following measures are proposed such as the establishment of an information-exchange platform between universities and headhunter companies in order to enable teachers readily acquire the demand-side information of financial & accounting talents; the advocating of modular teaching units based on individuals career anticipation;the improvement of adaptability of students to enhance individual competitiveness;the optimization of communication aimed at the efficiently interaction between teachers, students and schoolmates graduated. In conclusion, it is the sound matching of educational demands and educational supplies in bilinguals teaching rather the unilateral augment of educational resource that really counts.
