On Practical Teaching System in Course of Real Estate Appraisal

摘要：

The paper raises an original perspective to improve students comprehensive quality to meet the demands of society by course designing of Real Estate Appraisal, not only the basic skills concerning with the course, but also the practice skills. Through expounding the practice effect and reform to the course, the paper tries to offer more experiences and references to perfect Real Estate Appraisal Course further.
