The Application of Personalized Training Model in the Practical Teaching of Civil Engineering
Practical teaching is an important part of civil engineering, which is the key ways and means of improving human innovative capacity, practical ability and professional quality. The current practice of teaching is only limited to specific programs and fixed pattern, and students couldnt choose it according to their individual development. Existing curriculum and practical teaching system can not be reflected in the daily teaching practice, which is resulted in a solid theoretical knowledge and lack of practical experience among many students. Therefore, the community design and construction professionals, who are in accordance with the needs of the community to train engineering needs, will appear from the following ways. The Individualized instruction should be using throughout the undergraduate teaching, such as classroom teaching, experiment and practicing. Under the guidance of teachers, the professional direction, experimental content, production practice content, and graduation design project can be chose and the personalized training mode can be established.
