Exploration into Case Teaching on Cultivating Talents of Law and Commerce

Based on modem teaching design theory, this papers focus is to investigate the establishment of subject-dominance research case teaching modes, which exerts the teachers dominant role and fully reflects the students subject position with the principle of transmission-positivismexploration. With the majority of students creativity in combining law with business and the mainline of curriculum knowledge system and checkpoints, this mode focuses on students initiative and participation by compiling cases and collection, analyze and use of various materials into teaching practice. As a result, the students are stimulated to think and explore in a way that they are able to take initiative in exploring knowledge points of combining law with business and are promoted to active exploration via passive learning. The students may also improve their ability of making comprehensive use of law and economic management through applying a combination of knowledge in law and business into analysis of business practice.
