The Experimental Teaching System Design and Model Innovation of Economic Management in Colleges
With the rapid development of economy and the fierce competition in the market, the demand of enterprises for talent becomes more and more strict. They need some excellent talents who have both theoretical knowledge and practical ability. However, traditional teaching methods have caused the dislocation between the need of society and the talent training model of colleges. Through more ten years hard work, Inner Mongolia University has explored a set of experimental teaching model and method of economic management for the purpose of breaking this bottleneck. By long-term teaching practice, we found that this new model and method of teaching has obviously efficient. In 2008, Inner Mongolia University has been authorized as the experiment teaching demonstration center of economic management of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. In this paper, we systematically analyze the necessity of economic management experiment and some existing problems based on the reform experience of Inner Mongolia University. Then we summarize the system and model of experiment teaching in School of Economics and Management of Inner Mongolia University. Finally, we propose some noticeable problems for the experimental teaching construction of economic management.
