On the Operation Mechanism of Innovation System in Creative Industrial Cluster
With the emergence of globalization and knowledge economy, creative industry has become the core unit in the era of new global economy. Gradually, creative industry will be the new driver of economic development instead of traditional industry. Based on the theory of innovation system, this essay deeply analyses the interaction mechanisms and evolving principle, discusses the development direction of creative industry clusters, builds the innovation system of creative industry clusters consisted of six elements including innovation subject, innovation resource, innovation drives, innovation environment, innovation capability and innovation intention, and offers suggestions for government and other policy-makers.
