摘要：

The Building Environment and Facilities Engineering professionals requirement is analyzed in this paper. Basing on enterprises developing demands and core competence characteristics, the core competence orientation of Building Environment and Facilities Engineering specialty is given, that is The innovative designing ability and engineering practicing ability. The connotation of core competence is explained finally.
