Analysis of Chinese Universities Social Capital in Scientific Research Management

摘要：

This article illustrated the connation and function of social capital, utilizing the theory of social capital to analyze the problems existing in Chinese universities scientific research management and proposed some suggestions on how to improve the management from the standpoint of improving universities social capital.
