A Research on Relationship Between University R&D Managers Job Performance and Work Values
The paper reviews the work values and job performance-related research. The objects in this research are university R&D managers. After inquiry into literature, quantitative data investigation and cautious statistical analysis of their individual characteristics, work values and the relationship between job performances, the main conclusions are that there are differences between variables and mutual influence existed. Based on the conclusion, the matching management proposals and ideas about the follow-up research are stated in this paper.
