Cultivating Model for the Industry-University-Research-Application Talent Based on Self-Adaption Theory
Facing the challenges of a well educated applicationoriented workforce in the Industry, cultivating the Industry-University-ResearchApplication talent has been an important part of the graduate education in China. However, the lack of relevant theoretical research and practice has added a new stumbling block in the way of the development of graduate education. With Self-Adaption Theory as guidance, this paper focuses on implementing CDIO ideas to build a cultivating model covering the entire process of graduate students recruitment, cultivation and degree dissertation for the Industry-University-Research-Application talent to meet the needs of industry professionals. At last, a case study on the co-operation between Donghua University and shanghai textile holding (group) company is introduced.
