Student Participating Model: A Reform of University Computer Laboratory Management
With the rapid popularizing of computer and network, some university students have good computer background and show their computer-talent once they enter the university campus. Allowing these students to volunteer in computer laboratory can improve their computer operation skills and guarantee laboratories normal proceeding. ￠? reformed our computer laboratories management by practicing student participation model from 2006. In this plan, four important things should been considered detailedly and done well. The first is to select volunteer students from freshman;the second is to arrange labor for students and organize volunteer echelon team;the third is to guide students to work;the last is making evaluation for every student to irritate them to work hard. Almost forty talented students served in our two laboratories in recent four years, and their computer skills, cooperative communication ability and responsibility have improved greatly.
