Reconstruction of the Relationship Between College Teachers and Students
In the past the relationship between college teachers and students was truly harmonious, but nowadays their relationship is replaced by tension. The main causes of this phenomenon involved such as the thought of officers basis, the separation of the teaching and educating, too excessive strict to students. To rebuild the harmonious relationship between students and teachers requires teachers to treat students with the strict and love, to strengthen the construction of ethics of teachers and to build the mechanism of the protection of legal right of college students.
