Suggestions of Chinese Finance Personnel Cultivation Based on Comparative analysis of Wage and Finance Personnel Cultivation of China, America, Singapore
Because of the rapid development of finance industry, the profitability of financial institute is considerable, and the average wage of financial staffs is higher than other industries. Certainly, financial industry has become the hottest industry. This article used the data of China, America and Singapore to show this situation. This article introduces the average wage of financial staffs in China, America, Singapore, and then compares the average wage of financial staffs among these three countries. Nowadays, the development of finance industry is the key part in social economy development, and the development of finance industry is decided by the ability of talents. Therefore, the research in the cultivation of financial talents has practical significance. This article analyzes the finance personnel cultivation pattern in China, America and Singapore comparatively. Besides, we give some suggestions for Chinese finance personnel cultivation.
