On Exploring the Students Self-management Mode of College

摘要：

Students self management in colleges is a groping innovation of students administrative mode in higher education under the new circumstances. The paper states the feasibility of students self management by analyzing the educational objective and students characteristics in colleges, and states the history of origin of students self-management. Based on the characteristics of the students self management, the paper puts forward the approaches on how to strengthen it in these colleges.
