Research on the Measures of Increasing Actual Efficiency of Mentality and Politics Education to Undergraduates
Ideological and political work is always an important issue of higher education management in college. Especially China is entering the period of social transformation;the importance of ideological and political is more obvious. Face to the new situation, new tasks and new challenges, ideological and political work of colleges still contain lots of weak links, working methods and means remain to be improved in the further and efficiency of cultivating remains to be enhanced. This paper focuses on how to improve the effectiveness of ideological and political work from a view of ideological and political workers. Three problems were discussed in the paper: first, the content and significance of effectiveness of ideological and political work in college;second, the main problems and causes concerned with effectiveness of ideological and political work in college;third, main measures and means of enhancing effectiveness of ideological and political work.
