Ideological Education Based on Students Comprehensive Development--Institution Counselors Work in Mass Education Background
This paper focuses on personnel training objectives in mass higher education, analysis of the characteristics of student source in mass higher education and clarifies the meaning of the comprehensive development of university students.It points out that the college counselors should be student-oriented, doing a good job in ideological and political education. This paper argues that education and management of college students work to foster new ideas and concepts, to clarify the ideas of work, to enrich means of work to fully meet students learning needs and to permeate the concepts of student-centered in every aspect in school work.To implement the scientific concept of development as a process of continuously improve the students ideological and moral qualities, as well as scientific and cultural quality.
