An Exploration on the Way of Intensifying General University Students Vocational Ability
Nowadays, with the increasing number of college students, it is difficult for university graduates to get employed, which has become a common problem, while at the same time enterprises are worried to hire appropriate talents. As a consequence, we have to face the problem of structural unemployment. According to the needs of enterprises, it has great significance to intensify college students vocational ability. Although many works have been done in vocational education, what the general colleges have attributed is not enough in this field. By learning from the international experience, this paper put forward the proposal of strengthening the vocational ability of the college students.
