Study of Invention Talents Training in Colleges of Civil Engineering-Case Study of Colleges of Henan Civil Engineering

摘要：

With the development of higher education, some colleges have upgraded to universities, which have contributed to the economic and social development including reform of higher education. The upgraded College of Henan Civil Engineering has paid attention to the special potentials, focused on the talent training and social needs. The content of talent training is 1) set interdisciplinary majors;2) through reform, transform professionals talent training mode to creative mode;3) emphasis on practice teaching, students take practice in cooperation with teachers;4) build a high level of innovative teachers;5) positive for a second class education, develop students awareness of innovation, creativity and innovation.
