The Necessity, Problems and Solutions of Innovative Ability Cultivation to Our College Students Major in Business Management

摘要：

In the new century with complex global economic situation, strengthening the creative talents cultivation becomes one of the most important tasks in higher education including business management major. This paper firstly discusses the necessity of enhancing innovative ability of the business management students, and then lists the current problems. At last, it proposes solutions to these problems. This paper suggests that we should pay attention to the creative ability cultivation of students major in business management and try to cultivate a large number of talents with management and innovative ability in the future as soon as possible.
