Analysis of Faculty Salary at Colleges and Universities

摘要：

At present, there are two contradictive views about the faculty salary at colleges and universities: one is that they have high income;the other is that their income is low. After analyzing to the faculty salary at colleges and universities from the perspective of human capital investment and historical, the finding is that the faculty salary at colleges and universities is relatively low, comparing to the same seniority in the other industry. At the same time, their income is anisomerous comparing to their inputs.
