Thinking of Construction of Teachers Virtue in University

摘要：

Teachers virtue in university is an attention center of such fields of learning as ethnics and education. In this paper, connotation and present problems about construction of teachers virtue were analyzed and discussed, then it was put forward that thought basis be consolidated, work and evaluation system be improved and effective measures be established to reinforce the construction of teachers virtue.
