Reflection on the Human Resource Management of Teachers in Colleges and Universities

摘要：

Colleges and universities play an important part in the implementation of Prospering the Nation with Science and Education and promoting the national socio-economic development. With the development of higher education in China, the problem of human resource management has become more obvious. In this paper, the current problems of human resource management of university teachers were discussed, and connotation of human resource management in modem universities were illustrated. At last, new ideas of human resource management in modem colleges and universities were proposed.
