Study on Teacher Evaluation Method Reform Based on CDIO Model

摘要：

Teacher evaluation method plays an important role in the teacher merit system and wage performance. The problems exist in the teacher evaluation when Chinese university education was analyzed, and the CDI0 (Conceive, Design, Implement and Operate) teaching method was proposed. Introducing CDIO engineering educational idea to teacher evaluation method reformation, many measures of teacher evaluation method reformation were suggested, which plays tremendous role in the reformation and development of teacher evaluation method.
