SPSS Aided Research on Performance Management of University Teaching Staff

Just as talents are critical to invigorate the country through science and education, teachers are essential talents and core competition for universities and unlocking their full potentials have great impact on the quality of education. Scientifical performance management plays an inportant role in motivating teachers and explores their potentials. Due to the imperfection in performance management, with the aid of SPSS this paper attempts to find out the main factors that influence the performance management of university teaching staff and suggestions are put forward on the basis of analysis of research results to promote the development of teaching staff construction.
