Teaching creative team building is the university teaching quality and teaching reform project of the important part. This professional development for college and university personnel training needs, the college proposed construction of innovative team teaching model. The mode of teaching innovation by multiple sub-teams composed of various sub-teams composed of an organic system of teaching creative team. In this system, each sub-team work closely and support each other for common development.
