Consideration on Cultivation of Mechanical Applied Talent and Characteristic Orientation
This article analyzes the professional technology and capability requirements against talent demands in mechanical corporates, the education status and the characteristic education level of the colleges and universities on applied personnel training. According to the social demands for highquality personnel training, this article proposes that the rational orientation of applied personnel training in higher education should focus on training technical engineers and skilled technicians, and that the characteristic education should be aiming on the innovation in depth within the frame of education objectives and the improvement on the quality level.
