The Strategic Thinking on Promoting Chinas Economic Transition through Speeding Up Service Outsourcing Personnel Training
This paper reveals the causes for the emergence of global service outsoureing, and its development status as well as future trends. It analyzes the important role that service outsourcing industry plays in Chinas economic transformation into a low carbon economy. Furthermore, it studies the human resources issues encountered during the development of Chinas service outsourcing industry; in addition, it sets forth the importance of service outsourcing talent training mechanism reform. Finally, the paper comes up with specific recommendations for speeding up service outsourcing talent training to cater for the needs of Chinas service outsourcing industry development.
