Research on the Financial Allocation of Higher Education Based on Performance Evaluation
With the higher education entering the popular stage, the short of educational expenditure has become the restriction of its development. As the present financial allocation mechanism doesnt have the full consideration of the performance factor, so causes the problem of unreasonable assignment and low efficiency of higher educational expenditure. This article improved the financial allocation pattern of higher education based on performance evaluation by designing a series of performance evaluating indicators from the course of input, procedure, output and result for three objects-teaching, research and project and giving the scoring method for the performance evaluation, finally proposed the safeguard factor for the effective implementation of the financial allocation pattern.
