Innovative Personnel Training Mode of Logistics Engineering Major in Universities Based on Multi-level Hierarchical Educational System

摘要：

It is an important and urgent task of higher education institutions to reform and explore the personnel training mode in the new century. The problems of the establishment of logistics engineering major in higher educational institutions in our country is that the developing time is short, many industries is involved, the supply of employees is in short and so on. In order to meet the logistics personnel market demand, we must cultivate innovative personnel of logistics engineering major in time. We construct the multi-level hierarchical educational system to training logistics engineering innovative personnel which provides a feasible attempt to meet the personnel market rapidly.
