A Study of Ability-based Vocational Education Training Mode
By using literature review, comparative study and research method, the paper studies the optimization of vocational education. The paper proposes a new capacity-based content and constructs a market and employment-oriented mode. The mode mainly consists of a clear educational ideology, scientific orientation training objective, an optimal vocational curriculum, scientific teaching methods and construction of Double Capacity faculty. It focuses on the cultivation of students applied ability to construct a practical teaching system and strength the cooperation between vocational colleges and enterprises.
