Balance Education Development--Thinking from the Perspective of Fair Education

摘要：

Realizing fair education is peoples ideal pursuits and nice wishes. To realize fair education, the precondition and foundation is to realize educational balanced development. As to the outstanding issues of our countrys current educational development, we must make efforts to resolve them from aspects such as education concept, resource disposition, policy guidance etc. only in this way can we promote balanced education development, then lay a solid foundation for the accomplishment of fair education.
