The Investigation on Methods of Improving Undergraduates Employability

摘要：

Employment of college graduates increasingly becomes a hot topic of wide concern. Therefore, the effective improvement of the graduates employability plays an important role in easing the employment pressure. This paper describes the major factors affecting the employment capacity of the college students through the analysis on the composition of employability and the current situation of college students employability, and investigates the effective methods on how to promote the undergraduates employability which in the work of ideological and political education in consideration of the actual employment situation of students in each major of our college.
