Design of Non-impact and Independent Exciting Chamber of Vibratory Roller
Vibrating wheel is an important part of vibratory roller. Basing on the analysis of butterfly plate and welding cylindrical vibrating wheels, improvement design of a new type of non-impact and independent exciting chamber is performed on vibratory roller. In this paper, mechanism of damping combined eccentric block is proposed to realize the conversion between high amplitude and low amplitude conveniently without shock. Lubrication system contamination of vibrating bearing is avoided which improves the element of hydraulic system and vibrating bearing service life of rollers.
