Study on Behavior Characteristics of Supply Chain for Mass Customization

摘要：

The dynamics model of supply chain operations for mass customization (MC) was established and then the simulation analysis of systemic behavior of supply chain for MC was conducted under the circumstances of disturbance of market. At the same time, the simulation of ordering cycle and Target inventorys influence to the behavior of supply chain for MC was run. The results indicate that: for supply chain for MC, the delivery ratio of it can be increased only through adjusting order cycle time, not through changing target inventory, which only increases local delivery ratio.
