Study on the Evaluation Index System of Outsourcers for Enterprises

摘要：

Right outsourcer evaluation and selection needs the support of a scientific and reasonable evaluation index system. Focusing on the outsourcer evaluation indicators system, starting with the literature research and reference study, in accordance with the proposed principles, this paper puts forward 12 indicators for the evaluation of ontsourcers, and conducts a more detailed interpretation on each indicator.
